About Rent2Rate
Rent2Rate is website idea created by an Accredited Landlord who has over 10 years experience in the rentals market. She saw the need to provide Landlords, Tenants and Agents the ability to rate their experience whilst renting a property from a Landlord/Agent or renting to a tenant, which is supported by a qualified overview and process.
Currently, if an agent wants to obtain a reference on a tenant, they have to call the Landlord to ask a set of standard questions from the landlord. With Rent2Rate, we validate that process and remove the need for confirming the rental, as the tenant/landlord review each other once the rental term is complete.
Rent2Rate provides an authorised review of the rental experience and provides transparency to the market that supports improvements to the rental experience.
Our Vision
Rent2Rate vision is to implement a more transparent and responsible lettings market. Currently, the rental market is relatively unregulated, but with the intervention of central and local government, this is changing. RatedLettings are supporting this change, and in short want to achieve the following:-
